Zillow Showcase Now Available to 145,000 REMAX Agents, Expanding Premium Listing Access

REMAX agents can now use Zillow Showcase, a paid, AI-powered premium listing product, on a per-listing basis through the REMAX Marketing Studio. Zillow Showcase increases on-market visibility through richer media and interactive design, giving agents a tool to differentiate themselves in competitive markets. Broker-owners and franchisors can also offer Showcase at scale across their networks, positioning it as a standard for listing marketing and a potential recruiting and retention lever. Showcase adoption has grown significantly, appearing on 3.7% of new listings on Zillow in Q4 2025, up from 1.7% a year earlier.
