San Ramon Council Upholds Approval for 3,000-Unit Orchards Housing Project
Nearly 3,000 new housing units will be built on the former Chevron Park site on Bollinger Canyon Drive over the next 20 years. The San Ramon City Council rejected an appeal this week that would have blocked the project's progression. The council upheld the planning commission's February approval of the Orchards Master Plan and the Orchards Neighborhood District Development. The first phase of the project consists of a 358-unit housing project.
