Roundhill Generative AI ETF Outperforms Peers Through Concentrated Active Management

An investor in the Roundhill Generative AI & Technology ETF (CHAT) has seen a 1-year return of +111% and a year-to-date return of +8%. This performance is driven by a concentrated portfolio of 45 stocks, targeting companies that derive at least 50% of their revenues from AI-related activities. The fund is managed actively, allowing it to adjust exposure to leaders and laggards in real time without fixed rebalancing schedules. This strategy differs from the passive management styles of the Global X Artificial Intelligence & Technology ETF (AIQ) and the Invesco AI and Next Gen Software ETF (IGPT). The AI market, currently $371 billion, is expected to grow to $2.4 trillion by 2032. The fund's expense ratio is 0.75%.
