House prices in Latrobe-Gippsland fell slightly in March 2026. This decline reflects a softening of momentum and a weight on buyer demand and borrowing power caused by higher interest rates. Latrobe-Gippsland home prices grew 5.77 per cent year-on-year for March 2026, with a median home price of $552,068. In contrast, regional Victoria home prices grew 0.1 per cent in March 2026, and are 7.3 per cent higher than March 2025. The median home price in regional Victoria reached $600,000 in March 2026, adding $48,600 in value compared to a year ago.
