Grinex Exchange suspends all operations after $13 million theft
Account transactions and withdrawals are unavailable at Grinex after a hack that stole over 1 billion rubles, or over $13 million. The platform's representatives described the incident as a targeted attack by foreign government entities seeking to attack the Russian financial system. Stolen assets were converted into 45.9 million TRX, currently held in a single wallet. Grinex has suspended all operations, including permit issuance at its Moscow City office. The company had previously faced sanctions and the blocking of transactions outside the CIS.
