Frasers REIT’s €43M Netherlands Acquisition Adds Long-Term Stability to €5.5B Portfolio
Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust’s portfolio has increased to 114 assets valued at S$7 billion ($5.5 billion) following the acquisition of a fully leased logistics facility in Hapert, Netherlands. The property, purchased for €43 million, spans 25,603 square metres and is fully leased to global logistics group DSV with a weighted average lease expiry of 9.5 years. The REIT’s manager confirmed the acquisition, which adds long-term income stability to its portfolio. The property is newly built and represents a significant addition to FLCT’s asset base, which now includes 114 properties across multiple markets.
