Canary Capital's PEPE ETF Filing Opens Brokerage Access to Pepecoin
Regular investors can now gain direct exposure to the price of Pepecoin through normal brokerage accounts if the SEC approves Canary Capital's filing for a spot PEPE ETF. Canary Capital submitted the filing on April 8. The proposed fund will hold actual PEPE tokens on the Ethereum blockchain and maintain approximately 5% of its assets in Ethereum to cover network fees. Following the filing, the price of Pepecoin rose by around 2% on April 10. Daily trading volume increased by 22%, rising by around $361 million.
