21Shares Hyperliquid ETF intends to offset management fees with native staking yield
Shareholders of the 21Shares Hyperliquid ETF may receive a net-positive yield that offsets the fund's 59 basis point management fee. This result is the product of a staking-integrated custody model that delegates HYPE holdings to institutional validators to generate native yield. 21Shares submitted an amendment to its S-1 registration statement for the 21Shares Hyperliquid ETF on April 15, 2026, designating THYP as the fund's trading ticker. To manage technical risks, the fund has partnered with Copper and Zodia Custody to implement a Zero-Trust staking architecture that keeps assets in cold-vault environments.
